2. Information We Collect
- Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication): We store only the User ID (UID) from Firebase Authentication, not the email address.
- User Responses (Firestore Database): Answers provided by users within the app are stored in Firebase Firestore and linked to the User ID for identification purposes.
- No Additional Data Collected: We do not collect IP addresses, usage statistics, or other personal data.
3. Data Usage
- Authentication: The UID is used for authentication and personalized access.
- Backup Feature: User responses are only used to restore data when reinstalling the app.
4. Optional Google Sign-In
Google Sign-In is optional. Users can choose to access the app without signing in with Google. If they prefer not to use Google Sign-In, they can use the anonymous login option to use the app without providing personal data.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Data is not automatically deleted when logging out. If a user deletes their account, all stored data will also be automatically deleted.
Users can also manually delete their stored responses within the app.

6. Who Has Access to the Data?
- Users can only see their own data.
- Admins have access to the data for administrative purposes.
7. Data Storage Location
Data is stored in Google Firebase. To comply with GDPR, all data is stored in European data centers (“eur3” or “europe-west3”).
8. Sharing of Data
We do not share personal data with third parties.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in the app. The revised policy will be effective from the date it is posted.
